‍Attendance & Perks: Certification of assistance is awarded to students who maintain a minimum attendance of 30% across lectures, alongside eligibility for future promotional activities organized by the course.

‍Refund Policy: Full fee refunds are guaranteed if the course is canceled due to low enrollment or organizational constraints.

‍Liability & Insurance: The program does not cover travel cancellations, personal losses, thefts, or damages. Participants are strictly advised to secure individual comprehensive insurance covering medical expenses, travel, and personal belongings, remaining free of organizational liability during natural disasters or industrial disruptions.

‍Conduct Policy: Venice Curatorial Course retains the right to expel participants exhibiting disruptive behavior without issuing a refund, holding them fully liable for any structural or material damage caused.

‍Additional Costs: Expenses related to external institutional visits, exhibition entries, and local transportation are the sole responsibility of the student.
